It is the upgraded version of our company's best-selling high concentration oil removing agent , is environment friendly, a various powerful emulsifier compound.It has special effects on removing various oil stains on the fiber, cotton fabric.

--Appearance: Colorless translucent mucus

--Ionicity: anionic / nonionic

--Stability: stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water

--Solubility: easily soluble in water

Properties and fields of application

--Excellent effects on removing oils and stains on fabrics.

--Excellent emulsification, dispersing and dissolution performance to prevent sizing and silicone spots from pretreatment.

--Oil stains can be stably dispersed and emulsified in the water. Avoiding back stain during draining.

--Solve the problems of emulsification, dispersion,back stain scattered of old oil removing agent.

Application

It can be diluted 4-6 times,or diluted according to customer’s requirement. (Due to high concentrated product has layered phenomenon, it is recommended to mix up before use or diluted with drum)

Dosage:

-- Pigment/oil removing: 1-3 g/L

-- Oil stains:           3-6 g/L

-- Soda ash:                   1-2g/L

Temperature:                 95-98 ℃

Bath rate:                   1:10-15

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature
