High Concentration & High-temperature Leveling Agent for Polyester

 

Brief information  

Main use in all kinds of polyester fiber as leveler in high-temperature high pressure dyeing, have the excellent affection, especially as the fast dyeing agent, it can be more show the unique advantage.

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) oleate	85%	9004-96-0
Water	15%	7732-18-5

-- Solubility:   Easily soluble in cold water

-- Stability:    Stable to hard water、weak alkali and electrolyte

-- Solid content:  83%

 

Properties and fields of application 

1. This product has very strong dispersing and migration dyeing performance, so the final product has good level dyeing properties and few defects such as color willow;
2. This product has a high dye uptake rate, which can save dyeing usage, can reduce the sewage treatment burden;
3. Low affection of colored light;
4. Low foaming, good detergency don't touch cylinder.

         

Application

Suitable for high temperature and high pressure overflow, jet and rope dyeing of polyester,

nylon and blended fabrics.

 

Leveling agent dosage : 0.5—2g/L ( Based on the type and color of dye to adjust more precise dosage )

 

Light color: 1~2g/L

Medium color: 0.5~1g/L

Dark color: 0.5~1g/L

 

Noted: This leveling agent is high concentration products which recommend to dilute 3-4 times.

 

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
